    Frequently asked questions!

    1 - An order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

    We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

     


    2 - What if I provided the wrong email address?

    Please contact us and we can change your email address.

     


    3 - How secure is my online order?

    When you order online with your credit card, all information is entered on an SSL-secured website. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

     

    4 - How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, we will send you tracking information by email. You usually receive the tracking number one day after your order is shipped.

     

    5 - How can I return an item?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service
    will review the return request and send further instructions once the return has been authorized.
