    Refund Policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to register your return. Orders returned more than 14 days after receipt are not eligible for a refund.

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Returns roadmap

    Step 1: Contact us at info@vermoila.nl. We will then send you a return form.

    Step 2: Send your order to the return address. Make sure to provide the package with a Track & Trace code. Without a Track & Trace code we cannot track the package and therefore cannot determine whether the package has actually arrived at the return address.

    Step 3: Receive the purchase amount back into your account. As soon as we receive the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount will be transferred back into your account within 5 working days.

    Please note: The shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense. This is in connection with the pursuit of the most sustainable shipping process possible. In addition, the customer has benefited from free shipping with their order.


    Since our warehouse is located in Asia, return costs may be high. Please feel free to contact our customer service team to find a suitable solution together. We will be happy to help you!

     

    Do I have to pay for my return shipment?
    Yes, all customers are responsible for the cost of their return shipment. The cost can vary depending on your location between $15 and $28. We recommend sending your return with a Track & Trace, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.


    Please note; please notify us first by email before returning the package to ensure your package is eligible for return.

    Damages and problems
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and offer you an appropriate solution immediately.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift certificates.



    Cancellations
    In the event that you wish to cancel your order you can do so while your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vermoila.nl. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, however you can return the package to us immediately upon receipt in exchange for a full refund.


    Exchanging
    The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Refunds of payments through Klarna are processed by us immediately, however, even with Klarna it may take a few business days for them to process the refund and update your invoice.

    We will not refund these return charges.

     

    Defective product?
    How annoying! Unfortunately it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.

    Lost package / returned package?
    In case a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

    Delivery while not at home or at the post office. If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office. Vermoila has incurred the cost to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office then it automatically goes back to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct $15 from the amount you receive in return.
